TAMPA, FLA. – Two residential real estate veterans – Natalie Pellerin and Marcia Welsh – have been named community representatives at Stonelake Ranch – the private lakefront community of estate and executive homes in eastern Hillsborough County.
In these posts, Pellerin and Welsh are responsible for conducting informational tours of the community and distributing sales materials to prospective home buyers, says John Powell, the community’s director of sales. They also serve as liaisons between residents and the community’s developers.
Pellerin is a licensed Realtor with more than a quarter century of residential-real-estate-sales experience in Florida and Maine, where she was with Coldwell Banker in general real estate sales before coming to Stonelake Ranch.
During her career, Pellerin has earned numerous sales awards, including recognition as a top producer and Realtor of the year. She earned the prestigious GRE and CRS designations from the National Association of Realtors, and is a member of the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors.
A resident of Carrollwood, Fla., Pellerin is a native of Maine.
Welsh came to Florida from Virginia and has more than five years of residential real estate experience. She is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology in Manhattan.
A native of Jamaica, Welsh resides in Brandon.
Situated along 900-acre Lake Thonotosassa, Stonelake Ranch is a 685-acre community of just 160 executive and estate homes. Ranging in size from 1.5 to nearly 19 acres, homesites were designed to retain the natural character of this former Florida ranch.
More than a third of Stonelake Ranch’s homesites border the lake – Hillsborough County’s largest – providing 10,000 feet of lakefront, sweeping water views as well as an island bird sanctuary.
Residences are being built by some of the area’s best-known custom and semi-custom home-building companies. The community’s preferred home-building companies include Alvarez Homes, Arthur Rutenberg Homes, Bartlett Custom Homes, Campagna Custom Homes, John Cannon Homes and The Fechtel Co.
Residences must contain at least 3,500 square feet of living space if built on the water. Homes off the water can provide no less than 3,000 square feet of living space. Residential pricing runs from about $500,000 to more than $5 million including homesite.
